WARRANTY Information/ Merchandise Returns
(1) All Merchandise returned to TTI Medical, REGARDLESS OF REASON, must have an
assigned Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to shipment.
THIS INCLUDES ANY REPAIRS, ITEMS BEING RETURNED FOR EVALUATION
PRIOR TO REPAIR, AND/ OR ITEMS BEING RETURNED FOR CREDIT.
(2) Merchandise returned to TTI Medical for Credit is subject to a 20% Restocking Fee unless
otherwise specified.
All recipients of email transmitted are given the opportunity to unsubscribe (opt-out) at any time by clicking on a link at the bottom of the email.
(3) TTI Medical WILL NOT ACCEPT return of Defective Material unless Authorized prior to
shipment. Granting the Customer the Authority to return does not constitute Acceptance of
Goods or Customer Claim, but will only signify Authority to return the goods so that they
may be Inspected and so Proper Disposition of the Customer’s Claim may be made after such
inspection. TTI Medical reserves the right to return goods to the Customer, after such
Inspection, with No Credit to the Customer and at the Expense of the Customer.
(4) ALL SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED AND/ OR EXPOSED
TO BLOOD PRODUCTS OR OTHER BODY FLUIDS MUST BE STERILIZED AND
BAGGED. Products that have been used that are returned to TTI Medical Unsterilized will
be returned to the Customer unopened.
(5) Unless otherwise specified in writing, all products shall be free from substantial and obvious
defects of workmanship for One (1) Year from the Date of Purchase. Any damages sustained
as a result of Operator Error, Loss, and/ or Circumstances beyond the Control of TTI Medical
are exclusive of this warranty.
SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
(1) All Shipping Discrepancies must be reported to TTI Medical within Five (5) Business Days of
Receipt of Order
